To provide an assessment and recommendations regarding the accessible parking stalls at the entrances to the walking paths, along green spaces, and designated parks and playgrounds in Strathcona County.

To provide Council with a funding option for the County’s STARS contribution.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third reading of Bylaw 19-2022, a proposed bylaw that amends the text of Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to remove the RCM – Medium Density Country Residential zoning district and revise the regulations of the RCL – Low Density Country Residential zoning district and RCH – High Density Country Residential zoning district to align them with the proposed Country Residential Area Concept Plan.

To request a time extension for presentation of a draft Community Standards Bylaw and the non-statutory public hearing.

To provide an opportunity for public engagement in advance of preparing the 2023 multi-year budget.
