COVID-19 Memorial

To present on tangible memorial options and placement locations to recognize the hardships and losses experienced by Strathcona County citizens due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Traffic Noise Policy SER-009-027 - Resident Engagement and Access to Property

To provide an update to Council on administration’s engagement and traffic noise study with residents of homes located in the Craigavon Subdivision.

2023-2026 Strategic Plan Approval

To present for Council’s approval, the 2023-2026 Strathcona County Strategic Plan including goals, priorities, and indicators.

Bylaw 60-2022 Amending Bylaw for Seniors Advisory Committee and Accessibility Advisory Committee

Bylaw 60-2022 extends the sunset date for the Seniors Advisory Committee and the Accessibility Advisory Committee to December 31, 2023.

To seek first, second and third reading to Bylaw 55-2022, a bylaw to amend the Winfield Heights – Rural Water Service Local Improvement Tax Levy Bylaw 36-2020.

To bring forward a request for cancellation of late payment penalties imposed.

Status of Report - process to communicate infrastructure improvements and Area Structure Plan changes

To request a time extension for a report that outlines the current process for, along with any possible improvements to, how we communicate infrastructure changes, changes to Areas Structure Plans (ASPs) and other land use changes.
