To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third reading of a bylaw which proposes to amend the text of the General Regulations of Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to remove clauses which pertain to Government of Alberta (Alberta Transportation) approval being required prior to the County issuing a Development Permit within proximity to a highway.
