To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second reading of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 32.16 hectares (79.48 acres) within the NE 29-51-22-W4 from AG – Agriculture: General to RA - Rural Residential/Agriculture to support the future subdivision of four lots in conformance with a Council adopted Conceptual Scheme.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend the text of the North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan (ACP) Amending Bylaw 48-2017 to increase the maximum density for medium density residential uses in the NE 12-53-23-W4 from 37 units per hectare to 50 units per hectare.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend the text of the Summerwood Area Structure Plan (ASP) Bylaw 8-2015 to increase the maximum density for Low Density Multiple Residential from 37 units per hectare to 50 units per hectare.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend the text in the R3 Low to Medium Density Multiple Residential zoning district of Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to reduce the minimum lot widths for a townhouse dwelling unit and to add development regulations for accessory buildings and accessory structures.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second reading of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 1.46 hectares (3.61 acres) from AD - Agriculture: Future Development to R1C - Single Detached Residential C and R3 - Low to Medium Density Multiple Residential within the Summerwood Area Structure Plan (ASP) area.

To amend the 2017 Capital Budget for a change in funding only to the Annual Parking Lot Rehab Program project.

To amend the 2013 Capital Budget for a change in funding only for the 2013 Strategic Land Purchase to align with current requirements.

To present the recommended allocations for the Strathcona Community Investment Program (SCIP) Fund applications received on or before November 10, 2017.

To give three readings to a bylaw that will authorize the 2018 Fees, Rates and Charges for the provision of Municipal, Utility and Library services.

To give first reading to a borrowing bylaw for the purpose of outdoor amenities and servicing for a Multi-Use Agriculture Facility.

To seek approval for Administration to enter in to a hybrid agreement with the Province of Alberta for assessment services for provincially designated industrial properties.
