To provide funding options for eligible members of Council to participate in the Institute of Corporate Directors Program.

To present a report on the feasibility, costs, and other implications of Strathcona County purchasing the Mennonite Heritage Farm and how the acquisition might fit in with current Strathcona County programs and operations, strategies and potential involvement of community organizations.

To seek approval to enter into a long-term Lease Agreement between Strathcona County and Freedom Mobile Inc. for the co-location and compound expansion at the Strathcona Athletic Park.

To bring forward to Council recommendations for updating eligibility guidelines for residents to access municipal subsidy programs.

To give three readings to a bylaw that proposes the closure of a portion Road Plan 8521343 to be consolidated into the adjacent lot.

To give three readings to a bylaw that proposes the closure of a portion of Road Plan 1521457 to support development by creating additional pedestrian and recreational trail linkages.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 1.66 hectares (4.11 acres) of land within a portion of the SE 12-53-23-W4 from AD – Agriculture: Future Development zoning district to PC – Conservation zoning district in accordance with the Summerwood Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 39.1 hectares (96.61 acres) of land within Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 1424933 (SW 11-52-22-W4) from AG Agriculture: General zoning district to RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture zoning district in accordance with the Agriculture Small Holdings Policy Area of the Municipal Development Plan.

To add or remove items from the Councillor Request Report; and to serve Notices of Motion that will be brought forward for debate at a future Council meeting.
