To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes clerical amendments to Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Bylaw 20-2017.

Bylaw 4-2018 text amendment to Municipal Development Plan Bylaw 20-2017

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes amendments to Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Bylaw 20-2017 to provide clarity to policies identified at the time of adoption and subsequently identified through the use of the new MDP.

Bylaw 22-2018 text amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 3)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second, and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend the text of the R1A Single Detached Residential A Zoning District in Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to add development restrictions for two proposed lots in Phase 2, Stage 3D of the Salisbury Village Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 3.34 hectares (8.25 acres) in Lot 1, Block 9, Plan 162 0919 from PS Public Services to R1A - Single Detached Residential A, R1C - Single Detached Residential C, PR - Recreation and PU - Public Utilities.

15.2

Sherwood Golf and Country Club Estates proposed Stage 2B

To provide information to Council to make a decision on a request by the Developer of Sherwood Golf and Country Club Estates to defer a roadway extension and off-site improvements to a subsequent stage of development.
