Bylaw 61-2017 Map Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 5)

To seek first, second and third reading on a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 8.28 hectares (20.44 acres) of land in the NE 19-55-21-W4 from IMH Medium Industrial (Heartland) zoning district to IHH Heavy Industrial (Heartland) zoning district to allow for consideration of future heavy industrial development.

Adoption of a Conceptual Scheme (Ward 5)

To adopt a Conceptual Scheme for the NW 31-52-21-W4 to support the future rezoning and subdivision of five rural residential lots and one environmental reserve lot.

Highway 15 and Range Road 212 Intersection Upgrades

To provide information regarding an emergency approval by the Chief Commissioner of a capital budget amendment to the Highway 15 and Range Road 212 Intersection Upgrades project, to be funded entirely by industry contribution.
