Bylaw 15-2018 map amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second readings of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 8.00 hectares (19.77 acres) from AD - Agriculture: Future Development & PR - Recreation to R1B - Single Detached Residential B, R1C - Single Detached Residential C, R2A - Semi-Detached Residential, PC - Conservation, PR - Recreation & PU - Public Utilities within the Hamlet of Ardrossan.

2013 and 2016 Capital Budget Amendments – 2nd and 3rd Phase of River Valley Alliance Trail

To seek Council approval on amending the 2013 Capital Budget River Valley Alliance Phase 2 of 3 project to reduce the cost and release the funding commitment from a River Valley Alliance contribution to the 2016 Capital Budget for the River Valley Alliance Phase 3 of 3 project.

To give second and third reading to a borrowing bylaw for the purpose of outdoor amenities and servicing for a Multi-Use Agriculture Facility.

Bylaw 10-2018 map amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 6)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw as amended that proposes to rezone approximately 31.8 hectares (78.6 acres) in the S ½ of the NW 7-51-22-W4 from AG – Agriculture: General to RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture and PC – Conservation Zoning Districts of Land Use Bylaw 6-2015, in accordance with the Council adopted Conceptual Scheme.
