To present a proposal for Solutions for both turf fields and an indoor turf facility in Strathcona County for Soccer programming.

To provide Priorities Committee with an update on the Sort and Save Initiative (formally named, Pay As You Throw Initiative) and proposed rate model.

To seek confirmation from Priorities Committee that the indicators enclosed, as developed at the June 24, 2022 meeting, will inform the progress on Council’s 2023 – 2026 Strategic Plan. This confirmation is the final section of the full strategic plan development. Administration can now create and prepare the 2023-2026 strategic plan document for Council’s approval and implementation.
