Bylaw 9-2022 Kawtikh Resort Area Structure Plan (Ward 7) Second and Third Reading

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to adopt the Kawtikh Resort Area Structure Plan (ASP).

Bylaw 10-2022 Map Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 7) Second and Third Reading

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to rezone Lot 5, Plan 9220848 from C6 - Recreation Commercial to SRR1 - Seasonal Recreational Resort 1.

10.1

Bylaw 34-2022 Clean Energy Improvement Program

To seek Council approval on three readings of a bylaw that establishes the Clean Energy Improvement Program which assists property owners with clean energy improvements, authorizes borrowing of money for the purpose of financing the program, and authorizes the use of property tax system to facilitate repayment from individual property owners.

10.2

Bylaw 42-2022 Map Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 6)

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 3.12 hectares (7.71 acres) of land within Lot 4, Block 1, Plan 1722978 from AD – Agriculture: Future Development zoning district to R4 – Medium Density Multiple Residential zoning district and C1 – Community Commercial zoning district in accordance with the Hillshire Area Structure Plan (ASP).
