Guidelines for restaurant patios and food trucks during relaunch

To provide information to the Priorities Committee requested at the May 5, 2020 Council meeting (Motion 2020/148), relating to the establishment of restaurant patios and possible supports for food trucks, along with options for allowing restaurants to expand their patio space to maintain social distancing while allowing them to relaunch business.
