2019 Capital Budget Amendment – Energy Efficiency Upgrades – Strategic Energy Management Plan

To seek Council approval for an amendment to the 2019 Capital Budget to increase funding for the Energy Efficiency Upgrades – Strategic Energy Management Plan project to take advantage of an approved energy efficiency rebate through the Municipal Climate Change Action Centre (MCCAC).

Wetland Replacement Program Proposed Project Sites

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to rezone approximately 44.6 hectares (110.2 acres) within the NW 13-53-23-W4 and Lot 1, Plan 892 0377 in accordance with the Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan (ASP).

10.1

Bylaw 31-2021 Text Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 1)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend the text of Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to include 'recreation, indoor' as a discretionary use in the DC 45 Direct Control District.
