To seek Council’s approval to enter into a long-term lease agreement between Strathcona County and Telus Inc. for the construction, support, and operations of a communication tower and related structures on County-owned land at the NE 12-52-23-W4 (also known as the Deermound Dog Park).

To seek approval to enter into a long-term lease agreement between Strathcona County and Switch Inc. for the construction, support, and operations of an internet tower and related structures at Plan 9020134, Lot A.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 1.331 hectares (3.29 acres) of land within a portion of Lot 4, Plan 2118NY to RCL – Low Density Country Residential in accordance with the Country Residential Area Concept Plan.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 60.82 hectares (150.30 acres) of land within SW 27-51-23-W4 and by rezoning approximately 4.05 hectares (10.00 acres) of land within Lot 1, Block 1, Plan 8321134 from AG – Agriculture: General to RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture in accordance with the Agriculture Small Holdings Policy Area of the Municipal Development Plan.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings on a bylaw that proposes to adopt the Sochatsky Area Structure Plan in a part of the SE 14-53-23-W4.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 0.10 hectares (0.25 acres) of land within NW 4-51-21-W4 from PS – Public Services to RCL – Low Density Country Residential and by rezoning approximately 0.10 hectares (0.25 acres) of land within Lot 15, Block 2, Plan 7921630 from RCL – Low Density Country Residential to PS – Public Services to support a concurrently proposed adjustment of the lot boundaries between the two lots.
