To provide Council the fourth quarter progress report on the After Action Review (AAR) recommendations and seek approval of the Municipal Emergency Plan.

To seek approval for agreements with the City of Fort Saskatchewan related to construction and maintenance of a certain portion of Range Road 223.

Multi-Purpose Agricultural Facility – Proposed Site Naming

To provide information to Council regarding the proposed name for the Multi-Purpose Agricultural Facility site.

Ardrossan Capital Budget Amendments and Payment Approval

To seek Council approval to amend various projects and reimburse the existing developer in the hamlet of Ardrossan for overpayment of developer contributions based on the approved Ardrossan off-site levy bylaw.

Fire Services Bylaws Approval

To provide Council with information in support of approving Fire Services Bylaw 5-2021 and corresponding Outdoor Fire Bylaw 4-2021 replacing existing Emergency Services Bylaw, 68-2000 and Stubble Burning Bylaw 50-2003.
