To request that Council reinstate enforcement actions for non-payment of utility accounts that are allowed in current County bylaws.

To seek Council approval to reinstate collections and penalties on general Accounts Receivable invoices and charges on Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) and Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments returned across the organization while continuing to provide leniency to residents in consideration of the COVID-19 pandemic.

To amend the 2020 Capital and Operating Budgets to demolish the Ministik School Building and construct a new picnic gazebo adjacent to the remaining playground.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend the text of Land Use Bylaw (LUB) 6-2015 to add new Direct Control District 86 and subsequently rezone a portion of the SW 32-51-22-W4 consisting of approximately 6.94 hectares (17.14 acres) from AG – Agriculture: General to DC 86 – Direct Control District 86 to facilitate outdoor storage that includes a logistics and staging site for over dimensional and overweight vehicles.

To provide a report to Council that outlines matters that may be addressed in municipal community standards bylaws, the feasibility of moving matters from existing bylaws into a community standards bylaw, and to obtain Council direction on a proposed bylaw.

To seek Council approval on a letter of support for the Beaver Hills Biosphere Reserve Association and Land Stewardship Centre's application to the Edmonton Community Foundation's 2020 Community Grant.

To seek Council approval to add two additional Council meetings for the purpose of strategic planning.

To seek approval on an extension for the redrafting of the Meeting Procedures Bylaw.

To seek Council’s support for the transition of some of the County’s allocation of Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP) funding to COVID-19 Resilience Stream funding, and to direct Administration to proceed with preparing a letter of intent identifying projects for both grant streams.
