To seek Council approval on the appointment of the external auditor for the year ending December 31, 2023.

To amend the 2023 Operating Budget to support the Transit Workforce Management Software project.

To introduce Council to the State of Infrastructure, discuss principles and key concepts, as well as quantifiers for our infrastructure throughout the County.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 18.37 hectares (45.4 acres) of land within Lot 2A, Block 1, Plan 1020910; Pt. NW 19-53-22-W4; and SE 30-53-22-W4 from AG – Agriculture: General to RLD1 – Small Lot Low Density Residential; RSO – Street Oriented Residential; PR – Recreation; and PU – Public Utilities in accordance with the Bremner Community 1 Area Structure Plan, as amended to add an effective date of February 1, 2024.


Third reading of Bylaw 14-2023 is contingent on Bylaw 30-2023 being given three readings. This item will follow immediately after item 10.1 if applicable.

The Public Hearing is scheduled to recess at 11:00 p.m. and continue July 19, 2023 at a time to be determined by Council, if required.

To provide a report and a new bylaw to create new residential zoning districts primarily for use in the Bremner area to address concerns raised by Council at the April 25, 2023 public hearing and at the May 2, 2023 Council meeting, and to provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to create three new zoning districts primarily for use in the Bremner area, being the RLD1 - Small Lot Low Density Residential zoning district, RLD2 - Standard Lot Low Density Residential zoning district and RSO - Street Oriented Residential zoning district.


Bylaw 14-2023 is being considered concurrently with Bylaw 30-2023, as directed by Council. Third reading of Bylaw 14-2023 is contingent upon Bylaw 30-2023 being given three readings.
