To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that would amend Land Use Bylaw 24-2024 by rezoning approximately 8.31 hectares (20.53 acres) of land with Pt. of NE 4-52-23-W4 from AG – Agriculture: General zone to RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture zone.

Bylaw 34-2025, 35-2025 and 36-2025 to be dealt with concurrently

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that would amend the development concept of the Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan (ASP) by swapping the locations of a Medium Density Residential site and a Residential (Single, Semi and Townhouse) site within the plan area as well as update related policies and statistics tables.

SW 24-53-23-W4 from AD – Agriculture: Future Development and PU – Public Utilities to PC – Conservation, R1B – Single Detached Residential B, R1C – Single Detached Residential C, R3 – Low to Medium Density Residential and R4 – Medium Density Residential zones.

To add or remove items from the Councillor Request Report; and to serve Notices of Motion that will be brought forward for debate at a future Council meeting.
