Bylaw 41-2017 Map Amendment to the Hamlet of Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (Ward 5)

To give three readings to a bylaw that proposes to amend Figure 10 of the Hamlet of Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP) that would change 2.22 hectares (5.49 acres) of land within part of the SW 11-53-23-W4 from New Residential (Single Detached 0.5 acre) area to New Residential (Single Detached 0.3 acre) area. The amendment proposes to address two design constraints with the current plan.

Bylaw 42-2017 Map and Text Amendment to Municipal Development Plan 1-2007 (Ward 4)

To give first reading to a bylaw that proposes to amend the map and text of the Municipal Development Plan (MDP) in support of a proposed medium density residential development consisting of approximately 3.35 hectares (8.28 acres) within a portion of Lot 7, Block 176, Plan 1622928.

Bylaw 43-2017 Text Amendment to North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan Bylaw 71-2003 (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council on a bylaw that proposes to delete and replace Policy 6.4.6 within Section 6 of the North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan (ACP). This Bylaw will revise the policy to align with proposed medium density residential policies and regulations within concurrent amendments to the Municipal Development Plan (MDP), the Emerald Hills Area Structure Plan and DC 69 Direct Control District for a proposed medium density residential development within Emerald Hills Stage 8E.

Bylaw 48-2017 Text Amendment to the North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan Amending Bylaw 26-2007

To provide information to Council on a bylaw that proposes to delete and replace Table 7.3 Residential – Unit and Population Projections at Maximum Density from the North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan Amending Bylaw 26-2007. This Bylaw will revise the table to align with proposed medium density residential policies and regulations within concurrent amendments to the Municipal Development Plan, the Emerald Hills Area Structure Plan and DC 69 Direct Control District for a proposed medium density residential development within Emerald Hills Stage 8E.

Bylaw 49-2017 Map and Text Amendment to the North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan Amending Bylaw 22-2007

To provide information to Council on a bylaw that proposes to delete and replace Figure 09A Concept Plan and delete and replace Table 7.2 General Land Use Statistics from the North of Lakeland Drive Area Concept Plan Amending Bylaw 22-2007. This Bylaw will revise the concept and table to align with proposed medium density residential policies and regulations within concurrent amendments to the Municipal Development Plan, the Emerald Hills Area Structure Plan and DC 69 Direct Control District for a proposed medium density residential development within Emerald Hills Stage 8E.

Bylaw 44-2017 Map and Text Amendment to Emerald Hills Area Structure Plan Bylaw 23-2013 (Ward 4)

To give first reading to a bylaw that proposes to repeal and replace the Emerald Hills Area Structure Plan (ASP) Bylaw 23-2013 in order to reflect a proposed change from Business Employment Area and Service Commercial Area to Medium Density Residential Area and Service Commercial Area in support of a proposed medium density residential development within Emerald Hills Stage 8E.

10.1.7

Bylaw 45-2017 Map and Text Amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 4)

To give first reading to a bylaw that proposes to delete and replace the text of DC 69 Direct Control District and amend the land use map to reflect the proposed revision to the boundaries of Area I and II to align with a proposed medium-density residential development in proposed Area II. The proposal would support the development of townhouse, apartment, senior citizen housing and/or congregate housing on the site with enhanced architectural and site design guidelines.

2015 Capital Budget Amendment – Centre in the Park Underground Parkade

To amend the 2015 Capital Budget for a change in funding only of the Centre in the Park (CITP) Underground Parkade project.

FIN-001-024: Financial Reserves Policy (REVISED)

To seek Council approval of FIN-001-024: Financial Reserves Policy, as revised.

Levy Debt Repayment Reserves Adjustment

To increase the Levy Debt Repayment reserve to adjust for an estimated shortfall in interest revenues and an interest correction due to administrative processes.
