To request Council support for a modified approach to T1 financial reporting in order to shift resources to Business Transformation implementation needs.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to rezone approximately 12.6 hectares (31.1 acres) within Lot 4, Block 1, Plan 1722978 from AD – Agriculture: Future Development District to HR1 – Hillshire Low Density Residential; HR2 – Hillshire Low to Medium Density Residential; PR – Recreation; PC - Conservation and PU – Public Utilities Districts in accordance with the Hillshire Area Structure Plan Bylaw.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw which proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 rezone approximately 0.45 hectares (1.12 acres) from AD - Agriculture: Future Development to PR - Recreation to support the future subdivision and development of a park space within Summerwood North Stage 4B in accordance with the Summerwood Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to rezone approximately 5.49 hectares (13.57 acres) from PR - Recreation to RE - Estate Residential in accordance with the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To give three readings to a bylaw that proposes a closure of a portion of original government road allowance within NW 1-52-21-W4.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw (LUB) 6-2015 to remove Cannabis Production Facility from the list of discretionary uses in the AG – Agriculture: General zoning district.
