To provide Council with a status update on the COVID-19 situation including an update on the Temporary Mandatory Face Coverings Bylaw 53-2021.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 32.2 hectares (79.6 acres) within Lot 2, Block 1, Plan 0526150 and Pt. of NE 22-51-23-W4 from AG - Agriculture: General to RA - Rural Residential/Agriculture.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 7.14 hectares (17.66 acres) within Pt. of SW 11-53-22-W4 from PR - Recreation to RE - Estate Residential; R1A - Single Detached Residential A; PC - Conservation and PU - Public Utilities in accordance with the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 2.71 hectares (6.69 acres) within Lot D, Plan 7820695 (Pt. of SW 11-53-22-W4) from AD – Agriculture: Future Development to C1 - Community Commercial and PC - Conservation in accordance with the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).
