To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 32.4 hectares (80.06 acres) from AG – Agriculture: General to RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture and RS – Small Holdings in accordance with the approved Conceptual Scheme for the S ½ of SW 26-51-23-W4.

Bylaw 22-2019 amendment to Municipal Development Plan Bylaw 20-2017, 2nd and 3rd readings (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Bylaw 20-2017 to incorporate approximately 106 hectares (262 acres) of land in the NE 2-53-22-W4 and part of SE 2-53-22-W4 into the Hamlet of Ardrossan boundary and to re-designate this land from Country Residential Policy Area to Hamlet Policy Area.

Bylaw 23-2019 amendment to Country Residential Area Concept Plan Bylaw 58-2011, 2nd and 3rd readings (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend the boundary of the Country Residential Area Concept Plan (ACP) Bylaw 58-2011 to remove approximately 106 hectares (262 acres) of land in the NE 2-53-22-W4 and part of SE 2-53-22-W4 to expand the boundary of the Hamlet of Ardrossan.

Bylaw 24-2019 Ardrossan East Area Structure Plan, 2nd and 3rd readings (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to adopt the Ardrossan East Area Structure Plan (ASP).

Bylaw 30-2019 amendment to Rural Hamlet Boundaries Bylaw 40-2009 (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend the Rural Hamlet Boundaries Bylaw 40-2009 to incorporate approximately 106 hectares (262 acres) of land in the NE 2-53-22-W4 and part of SE 2-53-22-W4 into the Hamlet of Ardrossan boundary.

PUBLIC HEARING - Bylaw 31-2019 and Bylaw 32-2019 will be presented and heard concurrently

11.1

[7:00 p.m.] Bylaw 31-2019 Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to change the policy area designation for 0.9 ha (2.2 ac) of land within the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP) from institutional to commercial policy area; add policy direction for the commercial policy area; and update references and organization in the Ardrossan ASP to reflect current planning and development context.

11.2

[7:00 p.m.] Bylaw 32-2019 map and text amendments to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second readings of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 0.9 hectares (2.2 acres) of land in Block B; Plan 1107KS and Block C; Plan 2377NY from AD – Agriculture: Future Development and PR – Recreation Zoning Districts to C1 – Community Commercial Zoning District; and add regulation to the C1 – Community Commercial Zoning District to ensure implementation of commercial development for this area is in accordance with the policy direction of the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).
