To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Bylaw 20-2017 to incorporate approximately 106 hectares (262 acres) of land in the NE 2-53-22-W4 and part of SE 2-53-22-W4 into the Hamlet of Ardrossan boundary and to re-designate this land from Country Residential Policy Area to Hamlet Policy Area.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend the boundary of the Country Residential Area Concept Plan (ACP) Bylaw 58-2011 to remove approximately 106 hectares (262 acres) of land in the NE 2-53-22-W4 and part of SE 2-53-22-W4 to expand the boundary of the Hamlet of Ardrossan.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to adopt the Ardrossan East Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend the Rural Hamlet Boundaries Bylaw 40-2009 to incorporate approximately 106 hectares (262 acres) of land in the NE 2-53-22-W4 and part of SE 2-53-22-W4 into the Hamlet of Ardrossan boundary.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that proposes to change the policy area designation for 0.9 ha (2.2 ac) of land within the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP) from institutional to commercial policy area; add policy direction for the commercial policy area; and update references and organization in the Ardrossan ASP to reflect current planning and development context.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second readings of a bylaw that proposes to rezone approximately 0.9 hectares (2.2 acres) of land in Block B; Plan 1107KS and Block C; Plan 2377NY from AD – Agriculture: Future Development and PR – Recreation Zoning Districts to C1 – Community Commercial Zoning District; and add regulation to the C1 – Community Commercial Zoning District to ensure implementation of commercial development for this area is in accordance with the policy direction of the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To add or remove items from the Councillor Request Report; and to serve Notices of Motion that will be brought forward for debate at a future Council meeting.
