To seek three readings of Bylaw 13-2021, a bylaw to establish the Governance Advisory Committee.

Bylaw 14-2021 - Revised Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan for Readings - Cambrian East (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on three readings of Bylaw 14-2021, a bylaw that would replace the existing Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan (ASP) with an ASP that includes revised land uses and changes the text to align with the revised land uses for the east half of the plan area.

Bylaw 15-2021 - Revised North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan for Readings (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on three readings of Bylaw 15-2021, a bylaw that proposes to replace the existing North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan (ACP) with an ACP that reflects the proposed amendments to the east half of the Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan (ASP) area in order to ensure plan consistency.

REQUESTS FOR DECISION

9.1

Bylaw 11-2021 map amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015, third reading (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to rezone approximately 5.49 hectares (13.57 acres) from PR - Recreation to RE - Estate Residential in accordance with the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).

9.2

Boundary Adjustment – Transfer of Road Jurisdiction to Fort Saskatchewan

To seek Council’s approval of the Report on Negotiations with the City of Fort Saskatchewan as required under Section 118(2) of the Municipal Government Act and authorize the Chief Commissioner to sign the same on behalf of Strathcona County.

HUM Policies for Rescission

To provide Council an update on the HUM policy review and seek approval on the rescission of four HUM policies.

9.4

2021 Capital Budget Amendment – Annual Facility Lifecycle

To seek Council approval to amend the 2021 Capital Budget for an increase in funding of $250,000 to repair a water supply line failure at the Emerald Hills Leisure Center.
