To provide information to Council to make a decision on three readings of Bylaw 15-2021, a bylaw that proposes to replace the existing North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan (ACP) with an ACP that reflects the proposed amendments to the east half of the Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan (ASP) area in order to ensure plan consistency.

To provide Council with a report on the terms of reference and objectives for the Edmonton Region Hydrogen HUB and to seek appointment of a Strathcona County Representative and Alternate to the Edmonton Region Hydrogen Hub Leadership Team.

To seek Council approval on representatives for the Edmonton Metropolitan Region Board Committee of the Whole and the Governance and Human Resources Committee.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on third reading of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to rezone approximately 5.49 hectares (13.57 acres) from PR - Recreation to RE - Estate Residential in accordance with the Ardrossan Area Structure Plan (ASP).

To seek Council’s approval of the Report on Negotiations with the City of Fort Saskatchewan as required under Section 118(2) of the Municipal Government Act and authorize the Chief Commissioner to sign the same on behalf of Strathcona County.

To seek Council approval to amend the 2021 Capital Budget for an increase in funding of $250,000 to repair a water supply line failure at the Emerald Hills Leisure Center.
