To amend the 2022 Capital Budget to increase the scope of the Wetland Replacement Program Uncas Project to include costs associated with construction activities.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 436.26 hectares (1078.02 acres) of land within NE 27-55-21-W4, SW 35-55-21-W4, SE 35-55-21-W4, NE 35-55-21-W4, NW 36-55-21-W4, and portions of SW 27-55-21-W4, SE 27-55-21-W4, SW 26-55-21-W4, NE 26-55-21-W4, and SW 36-55-21-W4 from AG – Agriculture: General zoning district to IHH – Heavy Industrial (Heartland) zoning district in accordance with the Heartland Industrial Area Structure Plan.

To provide information to Council to make a decision on rescinding the motion that adopted the Conceptual Scheme for the SW 6-53-21-W4 and to make decisions of first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 50.2 hectares (125.05 acres) of land within Lot 5, Block 1 Plan 162 1892 (SW 6-53-21-W4) from AG – Agriculture: General zoning district to RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture zoning district in support of a proposed subdivision of the parcel into three lots.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning approximately 2.41 hectares (5.97 acres) of land within a portion of the SW 24-53-23-W4 from AD – Agriculture: Future Development zoning district to PU – Public Utilities zoning district in accordance with the Cambrian Crossing Area Structure Plan.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends the text of Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to increase the maximum lot sizes within the subdivision regulations of the RCH – High Density Country Residential zoning district.

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first and second readings of a proposed bylaw that amends Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 by rezoning Lot 8, Plan 1989NY consisting of approximately 7.94 hectares (19.62 acres) of land from RA – Rural Residential/Agriculture zoning district to RCH – High Density Country Residential zoning district, PU – Public Utilities zoning district and PC – Conservation zoning district in accordance with the proposed Panorama Estates Area Structure Plan.
