9.1

Municipal Stimulus Program

To seek Council’s support to approve new capital projects to pursue the Municipal Stimulus Program (MSP) Funding, and to direct Administration to proceed with preparing and submitting project applications.

9.2

Alberta Wetland Replacement Program Memorandum of Understanding

To introduce Council to the new provincial Wetland Replacement Program (WRP) and formalize the resources required to realize opportunities for wetland restoration with Strathcona County.

Bylaw 47-2020, A Bylaw to Amend Bylaw 56-2017, Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Bylaw

To seek three readings of Bylaw 47-2020, a bylaw to amend Bylaw 56-2017, the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board Bylaw to increase the number of appointed members to the Board and to seek Council approval on the appointment of additional members to the Board.

Bylaw 1-2020 to repeal and replace the Centre in the Park Area Redevelopment Plan Bylaw 55-2015 (second and third readings)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of Bylaw 1-2020 that will repeal the existing Centre in the Park (CITP) Area Redevelopment Plan (ARP) Bylaw 55-2015 and replace it with a new CITP ARP.

Bylaw 2-2020 map and text amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Wards 1, 2, 3) (second and third readings)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of Bylaw 2-2020, a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to address the creation of a new zoning district for Centre in the Park (CITP).

Bylaw 3-2020 map amendment to Municipal Development Plan Bylaw 20-2017 (Ward 3) (second and third readings)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on second and third readings of Bylaw 3-2020 that proposes to amend Municipal Development Plan (MDP) Bylaw 20-2017 to re-designate Plan 6133MC, Lot A from the Commercial Policy Area to the Urban Centre Policy Area.

Revised Policy FIN-001-028 Ex Gratia Payments

To propose amendments to Policy FIN-001-028 Ex Gratia Payments in order to increase the policy’s financial limits, to amend operational guidelines, and to ensure the policy meets the County’s new policy format standards.

2020 Capital Budget Amendment – County Hall Furniture

To amend the 2020 Capital Budget for an increase in funding for the purchase of department specific furniture purchases.

10.1

[5:00 PM] Bylaw 29-2020 map amendment to Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first and second readings of a bylaw that proposes to amend Land Use Bylaw 6-2015 to allow for the rezoning of 4.38 hectares (10.84 acres) in the NE 12-53-23-W4 in accordance with the Summerwood Area Structure Plan (ASP).

10.2

[5:00 PM] Bylaw 45-2020 text amendment to the North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan Bylaw 46-2013 (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make a decision on first, second, and third reading of a bylaw that proposes to include an exemption to Policy T12 within section 5.5.6 of the North of Yellowhead ACP Bylaw 46-2013 to allow for the consideration of sidewalks on one side of local industrial roads.

10.3

[7:00 PM] Bylaw 43-2020 text amendment to Hillshire Area Structure Plan Bylaw 43-2016 (Ward 6)

The purpose of this bylaw is to amend text within the Hillshire Area Structure Plan (ASP) Bylaw 43-2016 to outline interim access for Lot B; Plan 3878MC and Lot 3; Block 1; Plan 1722977.
