Bylaw 23-2023 Ardrossan Off-Site Levy Bylaw (Replaces Bylaw 21-2022) (Ward 5)

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a bylaw that imposes new off-site levies for developer contributions for water, wastewater and transportation improvements within the Hamlet of Ardrossan.

Bylaw 24-2023 Urban Services Area, Country Residential/Estates and Rural Road Off-Site Levy Bylaw (Replaces Bylaw 22-2022) (Wards 1, 2, 3, 5, 6 and 7)

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second, and third readings of a bylaw that imposes new off-site levies for developer contributions for water, wastewater, drainage and transportation improvements within the Urban Services Area south of Highway 16 area, the Country Residential Area Concept Plan area and rural Strathcona County.

Bylaw 25-2023 North of Yellowhead Off-Site Levy Bylaw (Replaces Bylaw 23-2022) (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second, and third readings of a bylaw that imposes new off-site levies for developer contributions for water, wastewater and transportation improvements within the North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan area.

To seek Council approval on scheduling changes related to the July 18/19, 2023 Council meeting.

PUBLIC HEARINGS

10.1

Bylaw 20-2023 Road Closure (Ward 7)

The purpose of proposed Bylaw 20-2023 is to consider the closure of a part of Road Plans 6208NY, 1026558, 4899TR and Original Government Road Allowance. The portions of road being considered for closure are undeveloped and will be consolidated into the adjacent parcels.

Bylaw 27-2023 (agenda item 10.2) and Bylaw 28-2023 (agenda item 10.3) will be heard concurrently.

10.2

Bylaw 27-2023 Text Amendment to Municipal Development Plan Bylaw 20-2017 (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends the text of the Municipal Development Plan to enable consideration of rezoning without the adoption of an Area Structure Plan subject to a number of criteria, for certain parcels within the industrial portions of the North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan area.

Bylaw 28-2023 Text Amendment to North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan Bylaw 15-2021 (Ward 4)

To provide information to Council to make decisions on first, second and third readings of a proposed bylaw that amends the text of the North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan to enable consideration of rezoning without to the adoption of an Area Structure Plan subject to a number of criteria, for certain parcels within the industrial portions of the North of Yellowhead Area Concept Plan area.
