To seek Council approval on scheduling changes related to the July 18/19, 2023 Council meeting.

The purpose of proposed Bylaw 20-2023 is to consider the closure of a part of Road Plans 6208NY, 1026558, 4899TR and Original Government Road Allowance. The portions of road being considered for closure are undeveloped and will be consolidated into the adjacent parcels.

Bylaw 27-2023 (agenda item 10.2) and Bylaw 28-2023 (agenda item 10.3) will be heard concurrently.
