To provide an overview of the recommended strategies and implementation options relative to Utilities capital funding, debt and reserve policy requirements.

Potential renaming of a portion of Oak Street (Ward 1)

To provide the Priorities Committee with information regarding the potential renaming of a portion of Oak Street to “Vic Bidzinski Way.”

Strathcona County Investments

To present information about Strathcona County’s investments to Priorities Committee.
